About The Event

FREE INTRODUCTION - UNCONSCIOUS MIND & WELL-BEING

Part of our new series of workshops we are offering our INTRODUCTION workshop for FREE to those in need of support or those supporting others with their mental well-being and mental ill-health.

The introduction workshop has been designed to give those attending an easy to understanding of the unconscious mind and its link with mental well-being. The workshop will give an overview of the following elements:

  • Unconscious mind prime directives (it's rules)
  • Communication model, our behaviours and our results
  • Top 3 tips for being the anxieties, negative thinking and self-talk.

As this is an introduction and starting point of the journey to working with your unconscious mind and beating that negative thinking you may want to take further steps in your journey. Our other workshops DISCOVER, EXPLORE and CHANGE work well as progressive workshops and standalone each giving maximum resources within the time.

Taking that first step can often be the biggest and most difficult so having our INTRODUCTION session as a free session you have absolutely nothing to lose and so much more to gain.

The workshop is ideal for those that themselves experience poor mental well-being or mental ill-health that want to learn new skills that they can personally apply or for those supporting others including individuals, teams, organisations and communities.

As spaces are FREE they're limited - please make sure you can attend before booking your space - we want to get the most for those attending, so having people there is essential. If you are unable to attend please cancel your booking 48 hours before the event to allow others to attend.

If you are unable to attend and give less than 48 hours notice by booking you agree to a £10 non-attendance fee being applied which will be used to support others in the community via peer support networks who are experiencing poor mental well-being and mental ill-health.

Please help us to maximise the support we can offer to the community.
